Grant of license

Nareli grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Relation Link on devices you own or control, solely for your own non-commercial use, in accordance with these terms and the rules of the Apple App Store or Google Play (whichever you obtained the app through).

What you may not do

All rights not expressly granted are reserved. You may not, in whole or in part:

• copy, modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works of the application;
• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code or underlying ideas, except to the extent applicable law expressly permits notwithstanding this restriction;
• sell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, publish, or otherwise transfer the application to a third party;
• remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice;
• use the application to build a competing product or service, or to train a machine learning model.

Ownership

Relation Link, including all source code, binaries, designs, copy, trademarks, and brand elements, is and remains the exclusive property of Nareli and its licensors. This license does not transfer any ownership rights — only the limited permission described above.

Third-party components

The application includes third-party open-source components used under their respective licenses (notably the MIT, Apache 2.0, and BSD families). Those components remain governed by their own terms; nothing in this license overrides them. A full attribution list is available on request.

No warranty

The application is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nareli will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the application.

Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach any of its terms. On termination you must stop using the application and remove all copies from your devices. Sections regarding ownership, no-warranty, and limitation of liability survive termination.

Governing law

This license is governed by the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Disputes will be brought exclusively before the competent courts of Paris, except where applicable consumer law grants you the right to bring proceedings in your place of residence.
